Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum order quantity for Nigeria buyers?

500kg per SKU. Most importers ship a 20FT container with 8-12 SKUs across categories — biscuits, noodles, sauces, beverages — sourced from multiple merchants in one shipment. You pick the mix; we coordinate the merchants and consolidate the cargo.

Do you ship to Lagos, Abuja?

Yes. We regularly ship FCL and LCL containers to Nigeria's major ports. Our logistics partners handle door-to-door delivery to Lagos, Abuja and surrounding regions.

Which certifications can you provide?

HACCP, HALAL, FDA, ISO 22000, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and country-specific labels. Tell us your destination requirements and we'll match merchants who are already certified.

How does pricing compare to sourcing direct from manufacturers?

Our FOB pricing is competitive for two reasons: (a) we work with merchants at wholesale market rates rather than retail-end manufacturer pricing, and (b) Chinese export tax refund is already in our FOB — you don't pay it then chase a refund. Most importers see 8-15% savings vs single-supplier sourcing, plus reduced cost of dealing with multiple Chinese factories directly.

What payment terms do you accept?

30% deposit, 70% before shipment. T/T standard. L/C at sight available for orders >USD 50k. We do not accept 100% upfront for new buyers — we prefer a working relationship.

What's the typical lead time?

10–21 days from PO to ready-for-shipment, depending on whether SKUs are stock or made-to-order. Add 18–35 days transit to Nigeria depending on port. Halal certification adds 5–7 days if needed fresh.
